Return & Refund Policy

Introduction

At Go Label, we follow the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product has a major failure, and to a repair or replacement if the product has a minor issue.

Your Rights Under ACL

You are entitled to a remedy if goods are:

  • Faulty or defective

  • Not as described

  • Not fit for their intended purpose

  • Different from what was advertised

These rights apply regardless of our store policy.

Returns

  • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

  • Items must be returned in original condition unless they are faulty.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed and may be accepted at our discretion, with a possible restocking fee.

Refunds

  • If a product has a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping fees are refundable only when the product fault is on our side.

Exchanges

  • We will replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • For exchange requests, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.
