Return & Refund Policy
Introduction
At Go Label, we follow the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product has a major failure, and to a repair or replacement if the product has a minor issue.
Your Rights Under ACL
You are entitled to a remedy if goods are:

These rights apply regardless of our store policy.
Returns

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

Items must be returned in original condition unless they are faulty.

Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed and may be accepted at our discretion, with a possible restocking fee.
Refunds

If a product has a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are refundable only when the product fault is on our side.
Exchanges

We will replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
